As a way of demonstrating our commitment,
below are a number of specific standards
which we will adhere to starting from the
minute you pick up the telephone to us:
- 95% of all calls to our office will
be answered within 3 rings.
- We will let you know if we can fill
a temporary order within 30 minutes of
receiving the order.
- All temporary and permanent applications
will be fully tested in all relevant skill
areas before commencing employment.
- All temporary candidates will have at
least one reference before commencing
work.
- No candidate will be put forward for
a permanent vacancy before discussing
it with them first.
- At the beginning, during and at the
end of each assignment, we will check
that our client is satisfied with the
quality of the temporary worker.
- We are interested in what our clients
think of our service and we will contact
them by letter or telephone to survey
our service and ensure it meets their
standards.
- All clients will be visited at the appropriate
time during a temporary assignment.
- Both temporary and permanent candidates
will be sent detailed information concerning
temporary or permanent interviews.
- An ongoing programme is in place for
all the members of staff and is reviewed
every six months.
